Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Fox Insurance Group and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on claims with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
