Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Foxglove Kestrel Insurance is an insurance company in San Jose with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on customer complaints with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
