Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Bright Wren Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Portland. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on group events with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
