Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Redstone Union Health Group is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on electronic records with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
