Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Lakeside Care Services and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on client records with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
