Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Cross Hospitality and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 60 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on supplier orders with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
