Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Greenridge Thistle Pharma is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support work on quality documentation with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
