Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Thistle Pharma Group and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on clinical studies with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
