Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Summit Amber Early Learning is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 236 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
