Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Harborlight Ridge Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Denver caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
