Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Greenridge Cobalt Medical is a St. Louis company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support work on clinical evaluations with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
