Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Westbrook Lantern Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Indianapolis area. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on school calendars with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
