Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Highbridge Beacon Learning Group is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
