Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Summit Ridge Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Sacramento. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on classroom supplies with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
