Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Bright Pharma and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Support work on batch records with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
