Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Stonegate Meadow Insurance is an insurance company in Seattle with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on underwriting files with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
