Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Foxglove Iron Insurance is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support work on policy renewals with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
