Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Lumen Stone Hospitality is a hospitality company in Boston with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 139 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on food costs with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with food costs. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
