Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Ridge Medical Group and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on device records with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
