Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Greenridge Sable Pharma develops and makes medicines in Phoenix. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on quality documentation with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
