Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Quill Transit Planning and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support work on service alerts with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
