Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Bluepeak Wilder Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Hartford, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on clinical evaluations with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
