Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Cedar Ember Early Learning runs childcare centres in San Antonio caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Support work on classroom supplies with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
