Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Northwind Cobalt Early Learning is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 95 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on tuition and subsidies with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
