Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Amberfield Drift Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Des Moines area, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on food costs with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with food costs. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
