Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Fernwood Ridge Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on tuition and subsidies with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
