Clearpath Keystone Care Services is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with family communication.
