Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Fox Early Learning Group and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on tuition and subsidies with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
