Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Rivermark West Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Detroit. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 161 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on supplier orders with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
