Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Redstone Cobalt Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in San Diego. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on clinical evaluations with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
