Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Lumen Iron Medical is a Hartford company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on regulatory submissions with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
