Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Redstone Union Health runs clinics and patient services around Wichita, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on clinic supplies with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
