Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Fernwood Summit Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Las Vegas area, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
