Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Nova North Learning Group is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on student accounts with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
