Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Northwind Pike Insurance is an insurance company in Colorado Springs with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on underwriting files with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
