Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Willow Learning Group and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 966 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
