Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Stonegate Sparrow Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Sacramento, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Support work on housekeeping schedules with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with housekeeping schedules. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
