Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Ironwood Sable Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Atlanta, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on classroom supplies with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
