Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Ironwood Timber Early Learning is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 808 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on meal programmes with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
