Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Lumen Haven Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Rochester, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support work on underwriting files with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
