Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Rivermark Thistle Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Columbus. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on claims with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
