Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Iron Early Learning Partners and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
