Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Fox Early Learning and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
