Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Harborlight Ivory Health Associates is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on clinic supplies with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
