Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Loom Learning Group and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support work on attendance records with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
