Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Highbridge West Transit Planning is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 279 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on route schedules with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
