Registered Nurse - care coordination (Raleigh, NC)

Redstone Ridge Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Raleigh. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on catastrophe response with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
