Registered Nurse - care coordination (Raleigh, NC)

Harborlight Loom Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Raleigh, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on release testing with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
