Registered Nurse - care coordination (Providence, RI)

Nova Ridge Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Providence. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on complaint handling with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
