Registered Nurse - care coordination (Providence, RI)

Westbrook Summit Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Providence, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Providence. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on tuition and subsidies with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
